Public Key - Fehler bei der Anmeldung

    Hallo,


    bei einem User erhalten wir folgende Fehlermeldung:


    WARNING: The public key for User/Firma/DE found in directory names.nsf on server Server/Firma/DE does not match the one used during authentication.



    Wie kann man den Fehler beheben?

    steht in der Lotus-KB: Schlüssel aus der ID ins DD kopieren
