Images in HTML-Emails werden nicht angezeigt.

Wenn Du Dir das mail im Browser ansiehst
(http://servername/mail/mailDateiname.nsf)
funktioniert es aber, oder ?
Ist vielleicht eine alternative, aber wir sind ebenfalls auf der Suche nach etwas mehr komfort. Allerdings fand ich nur negative Informationen auf meiner Suche nach einer Lösung.
So z. B. hier im Forum:
Die Clients bis einschliesslich 6.5.2 haben probleme bei der anzeige solcher Mails wird auch nicht gefixt werden.
Das problem ist das er ( Client ) mit spalten und zeilen von Tabellen so seine Probleme hat und nicht mit Frames.
Das beste ist solche Mails nur über I Notes anzuschauen.
Eine Option ( MIME_CONVERT_HTML_TO_ATTACHMENT=1
) in der notes.ini am Client convertiert die HTML Mail zu einen anhang ( c.htm ) welcher dan am Browser wieder " normal " betrachtet werden kann.

Es liegt meiner Meinung nach, aber ebenfalls am Absender, da einige HTML-Mails sehr gut lesbar ankommen, andere dagegen (SAP-Newsletter) eher unleserlich.
Die Zeile
MIME_CONVERT_HTML_TO_ATTACHMENT=1
in der Notes.ini bringt leider überhaupt nichts. Dies gilt wohl für 5er Clients... ?????

But the point of this long list is to show the improvements that were made and where there still needs a ton of work for HTML mail.

Converting the mail to Notes Rich Text in Domino 6 (which one technote offers as a solution) defeats the purpose of even getting it in a non-text format in the first place.

So after the brief conversation we had on this particular topic, I agree while disagreeing that the HTML rendering can bite. Then again I tossed out that you don't see any freaking HTML type viruses jumping on Domino do you? I think I saw a *sigh* and the hands raise to that, amen.
