Anhänge auslagern

Hallo,

ich war schon sehr lange nicht mehr hier, weiß aber, dass ich mal eine Lösung gelesen habe, wie man die Anhänge aus seiner Mail-Kachel auslagern kann, damit ich keine Probleme mit meiner Kapazität kriege... In den Emails, die Anhänge hatten, befand sich dann nur noch eine Verknüpfung.

Kann jemand helfen?

Vielen Dank, erstmal. Ich erinnere mich aber an eine fertige Lösung. Es war eine NTF die man einstellen konnte und dann wurden die Anhänge in meiner Email-Kachel automatisch in dieser DB abgespeichert, die dann lokal war und meine mail-file-size wieder lachen konnte.

Vielen Dank! Also da sollte ich nun endlich fündig werden. Bei mir hat die Suche auf openntf garnicht reagiert. Scheiß IE7 .... jetzt mit Firefox geht es.

Simply select one or more mail messages in the view/folder, run the agent, choose a directory in which to save the files, and all attachments in those messages will be saved to that directory, and removed from the mail messages. The location/pathname to which a message's attachments were saved is written at the bottom of the message body, so you can find them later if needed. If duplicate file names are encountered, the agent will append "_1", "_2", etc. before the file extension to avoid overwriting a file. While the agent is running, a dialog box will appear, showing what is being saved and indicating the % completion of the operation.

The attached .nsf contains two design elements, an agent and a Java Script Library (not to be confused with a Javascript Library). Copy both these elements into your mail database, and then you will see a new item appear in the Action Menu called "Archive Attachments for Selected". You can change the agent trigger and point to it from a view action if you prefer.
