Keyword: StartupDB
Description: Defines the database that the client opened upon startup
Category: Client
Type: String
Allowed values: Replicate id
Default value: -
Examples: StartupDB=80252970:001C55E2 -

Code
Alles anzeigenProblem You are upgrading to Notes 6.x and want to use the Workspace as the default Welcome Page and, after modifying the template, you would like to deploy it through a silent install. How is this done? Solution To customize the Bookmark.ntf to launch the Workspace as the default Home page for all users: NOTE: For this process to work in the Notes 6.x Client, you must change the name of the "UserBookMarkOrderTemplate" outline to "UserBookMarkOrder". You must then save the outline with its new name. 1. Launch Domino 6 Designer client and open the Bookmark.ntf template file. 2. Expand the Shared Code category on the left and expand Outlines. 3. Scroll down the outline list and click "UserBookmarkOrderTemplate". The outline will open on the right. 4. Select Design, Outline Properties. In the InfoBox that appears, rename the outline to "UserBookmarkOrder" (in other words, drop the "Template" part of the outline from the end). Leave the Infobox open. 5. From the Notes menu select File --> Save. 6. Expand the Databases outline entry and select the Workspace entry. 7. Note that the InfoBox changes from Outline properties to Outline Entry properties (or, if you previously closed the InfoBox, select Design, Outline Entry Properties, to reopen the InfoBox). Switch to the second tab (the "shade" icon). 8. Hold down the SHIFT key and click the "Hide Outline Entry From" property labeled "Notes 4.6 or Later". 9. Release the SHIFT key and deselect the Hide When property "Notes 4.6 or Later".
