McAfee (NAI) Groupshield 5.3 unter Domino 7 ?

    Hat schonmal jemand versucht, Groupshield 5.3 auf Domino 7 zu installieren bzw. ne Migration eines Servers von 6 nach 7 durchzuführen, wo GS installiert ist ?


    Von McAfee habe ich folgende Aussage:

    ich habe vorgestern und gestern 6 Server von R6 auf LD7 migriert, auf denen GS 5.3 installiert war.


    Kann folgendes sagen: so wie´s aussieht, benötigt GS 5.3 unter LD7 mehr Hauptspeicher als unter R6 (ich hab mir da relativ leicht getan, weil die Domino Server unter VMWare liefen und da weiteren Hauptspeicher zuteilen ist da keine Hexerei...).


    Nachdem die Server mehr RAM zugeteilt bekamen, liefen sie einwandfrei - wir haben auch Testviren versendet und diese wurden problemlos erkannt.


    Von dieser Seite aus kann man also R6-Server problemlos auf LD7 migrieren. Wie´s mit einer Neuinstallation von GS 5.3 auf LD7-Servern aussieht, kann ich leider nicht sagen.
