Notes - MNotes - Palm Vx

    Hallo.


    Wenn ich MNotes installiere kommt dann am Palm immer die Fehlermeldung


    "You must Replicate or Hotsync before you can use MMail"



    Nac dem Hotsync, kommt am PC folgender Fehler:


    ** Unable to read global handheld device configuration record.
    **** The mNotes configuration database has not been populated. This may be because the mNotes configuration utility has not been installed on the device.
    -- Datenbank mLog wird in Datei C:\Palm\Bernha\Backup\mLog.PRC gesichert.
    System synchronisation fehlgeschlagen
    Protokollfehler: Handheld-Gerätedatei konnte nicht geöffnet werden. (4004)
    HotSync-Vorgang abgeschlossen 01/27/05 11:45:12



    Was muss ich da machen ?

    moin,


    laut fehlermeldung wurde von dir das mnotes nicht auf dem pda installiert. du musst über hotsync erstmal das mnotes auf deinen palm bringen und von dort aus dann die installation auf diesem vornehmen. danach sollte der abgleich funktionieren.
