ZitatAlles anzeigenYou were apparently installing your Domino server in /opt/ibm/lotus directory (or where the current /opt/ibm/link link was pointing to ) and at the same time trying to create the symlink /opt/ibm/lotus (you probably picked this option in UI on prompt).
We had this scenario described in Release Notes as not viable (we will handle it more gracefully as we should have, my apologies.)
So you can do either one of two:
1) install in /opt/ibm/lotus ("real" directory or where it is currently pointing as link, you must NOT to check the symlink option for that scenario).
Or
2) install in some other (any) directory, e.g. /local/myDomino/lotus and select the option to create symlink "/opt/ibm/lotus" when prompted.
What you cannot do is to install in /opt/ibm/lotus directory AND create symlink /opt/ibm/lotus at the same time.
Let me know, please, if this matches your case and how can I help you further.
Thanks,
Irina Khason.
Vielen Dank
