Wir haben von IBM eine Anleitung erhalten wie man den integrierten Sametime Nachinstallieren kann - es ist also je nach Situation durchaus möglich, dass der Notes Client nicht mitinstalliert wird. Die Ursache ist nicht wirklich geklärt - es kommt aber bei uns selten vor und wir werden diesen Issue nicht weiter verfolgen:
The procedure to correct this issue is manual.
Here are the steps:
1. Close Notes Client
2. Copy the updateSite.zip file matching the current version you are running, to a location on your local drive
3. Edit the Plugin_customization.ini file found under \Notes\framework\rcp and add the following line: com.ibm.notes.branding/enable.update.ui=true.
4. Launch Notes (note: Sametime Embedded is not there which is normal for now)
5. Go to File - Applications - Install
6. Pick option "Search for new features to install"
7. Click on button "Add Zip/Jar Location..."
8. Browse to the folder where the updateSite.zip file is located, select it, and click Open
9. Make sure the updateSite.zip checkbox in the list is checked and click Finish
10. In the Search Results screen, expand the list (twistie) of the updateSite.zip, then expand the Notes list
11. Check all the options starting with Sametime, Lotus Notes calendar availability and Partner telephony, then click Next (note: DO NOT CHECK ANY OTHER OPTION)
12. Select the option "I accept the terms..." then click Next
13. At the Installation screen, click Finish to install the components
14. Screens might appear prompting you to install the plug-in (certificate has expired for this plug-in), select Install this plug-in, then click OK
15. Once installed, you'll get a prompt asking you to restart, click Yes
16. Once the client is restarted, notice the Sametime Embedded is now present and fully functional.
17. To remove the updateSite.zip from the provisioning, go to File - Applications - Install
18. From the Application Locations screen, select the updateSite.zip, then click the Remove button
19. Click Cancel to exit
