Problem
No ODBC driver is available for Lotus NotesSQL 3.02 on a Microsoft 64-bit Windows 2003 server.
Content
There are no Windows ODBC drivers capable of working on a Windows 64-bit platform. If you want to use ODBC, it should be used only on a 32-bit operating system. Lotus Domino can run on a Windows 64-bit system but it is still only a 32-bit application.
There appears to be an issue with Microsoft's Datasource Manager on 64-bit systems since 32-bit applications cannot read the datasources created nor can a 32-bit ODBC driver even register as a driver. The same situation occurs with OEM 32-bit drivers on a Windows 2003 64-bit system. However, the same drivers install correctly on a Windows 2003 32-bit system (currently there are not OEM 64-bit drivers for Windows).

Windows 2003 64-bit specific information:
ODBC on running on a 64-bit-based operating system has two sets of system DSN settings stored in the Windows Registry.
32-bit client applications use the 32-bit settings. 64-bit applications use the 64-bit settings.
If you run "%SystemRoot%\SysWOW64\odbcad32.exe", you modify the 32-bit settings.
If you run "%SystemRoot%\system32\odbcad32.exe", you modify the 64-bit settings (this is the one run from the Control Panel --> Administrative Tools --> Data Sources --> ODBC).
So in a nutshell, you must register the System DSN for the ODBC32 drivers with SysWOW64\odbcad32.exe.
